Huizhou Kingtech Plastic and Metal Products Company Limited is a facility in Mainland China which was established by Hong Kong investment. We have 3 major workshops which are Tool Dept., Injection Dept., Secondary Operation Dept., etc. The facility is 10,000 square meters and has 300 employees.

In the tool workshop, we have advanced design software and machining equipments such as high speed CNC centre, EDM etc. We specialize in all kinds of high precise plastic tool. The best tolerance is 0.01mm of 100mm. The normal lead time for building a tool is 20-35 working days. For the mold base, in order to ensure the quality, we use Japanese Futaba and Hong Kong LKM which are imported to build the tools.

In the injection workshop, we have 40 sets injection machines, such as Japanese Sumitomo, Japanese Toshiba, Chinese Haitian etc. There are 4 sets of double injection machines among them. Our machine range from 80 tons to 380 tons and fits to produce most of plastic case for electronic products.
